Final
Task : the New York Experiment
Hi, I am Justine,
I live in London and I’m 20 years old. I was 1 year in New York.
My journey started in Baden Baden and I took the airplane to New York City.
In Winter, I was
in the ice skate from Wollman, the place is big, I could have fun and trained
on the track the moorning, the afternoon or the night. I was in Chinatown, I ate in typial chinese restaurants and I did some shopping. I went on
the Brookling Bridge with a yellow taxi, the Brooklin Bridge is 1 825
meter long. I also went to the Brooklin Museum and the Brooklin Bridge
Park. I admired the Christler Building, the Flaitiron Building, the one 57,the
Bank of America, the Citigroup Center and the 432 Park Avenue. I was surprised
that there were a lot of World Trade Center : the one, the three and the four
World Trade Center. On the 25th December, I celebrated Christmas. All the Winter, I slept in the St.Regis Hotel.
Located in the district Midtown from Manhattan, this luxury hotel symbolic situated in a Street of the Museum of Modern Art and at 6 minutes by foot from Central Park. The etablishment include of a renowned lounge bar, a stately restaurant and a cognac tasting room. It also has a hammam and a 24-hour gym. Limo service and a valet parking are available for a supplement. I celebrated New Year 2019 with Ariana Grande, Dua lipa, other stars and my friends.
In Spring, at
evening, I was at Times Square, I saw a large luminous sign with publicity
on the apartment block and I went back to the Penisula Hotel. Encircled some
emblematic store from the 5th Avenue, this famous hotel sophisticated was dated
1905. It is located 6 minutes by foot from the Central Park and the subway station 5th Avenue-59th Street.
The establishment includes an elegant gastronomic restaurant, a cocktail bar, a lounge that serves tea in the afternoon, as well as a chic rooftop
bar with a terrace overlooking the city. It has also a reshaping center and a refined spa endowed from a indoor pool. I tacked the ferry to Ellis Island. I
visited the Statue of Liberty and the Museum of Bartholdi, I was on the Empire
States Building, I saw everything’s, there was an exceptional view. The
Building has 102 floors and it was inaugurated on May 1 st, 1931. I was in the
Rockefeller Center, there is a splendid and
In Summer with my
friend we went in the Little Italy, we ate in typical Italian restaurants, we
discovered the Old St. Partrick’s Cathedral, the Puck Building and we
contemplate house with six story. I went in Brodway every evening with
Ilona, my best friend forever, we assisted to the shows from Ariana Grande, Dua
lipa, Lady Gaga, Ed Sheraan, Shawn Mendes and Marshmallo but the tickets were
expensive. I visited the Met of New York. The Met is larger and more beautiful
than the Whitney Museum. I was in the Central Park. In tour mint : how tall is
the Central Park ? The Central Park is 3,41 km square meter taller. Every
morning, I was in Orchard Beach or in Rockaway, Franklin D. Roosewelt Board
walk and Beach to refresh myself.
In Autunm, I went to in the High Line to discover the pale blue sky at the telescope. The 31
October, I celebrated Halloween and the parade of Tanksgiving on the 26
November at 9 hour at the angles of the Central Park West and the 77th Street.
I drank lemonade, pink lemonade, Starbucks, coktails and
cosmopolitans. I was in Tiffany & Co, this is a famous
jewerly store in the world. I was at Barnes & Nobles, this is a caverne
of Alibaba, there are five strores. I amused in the Coney Island with the
attractions. I went to the Central Park Zoo and in the night at the
Yankee Stadium.
This year was
great. I will go back to New York City, because I loved it. I advise you to go
there one day, to visit the maximum of things and go back to the Penisula Hotel
or the St. Regis Hotel.
