Hello ! It's Lisa !
During one year, I visited New York
City with my friends. We took a yellow taxi to get from the airport to
our home.
We also visited the American Museum of Natural History. In this museum, there are dinosaur skeletons, stuffed animals, minerals and fossils.
We visited the National Museum of
Immigration on Ellis Island. In the park, next to the museum, there
are walls with the names of all the immigrants who came to this
island.
We visited Whitney Museum of
American Art too. We saw paintings, drawings, photography and
sculptures.
We visited the 9/11 Memorial and
Museum. This museum is in memory of the victims of the attack of 11th
September 2001.
In the night, we went to the top of Rockefeller Building. We had a view on New York.
We saw the Chrysler Building, the
Flatiron Building, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building,
the Bank of America tower.
We went to Broadway, Central Park, High Line, the Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street.
We watched a movie at the cinema, it
was good !
Frequently, we took the subway.
We ate hot dogs, hamburgers
with French Fries…
We did a lot of shopping, we went to
the Lego Store, Chelsea Market, M&M’s shop, shoes shops and
clothing shops.
The 6th August, it was my birthday,
my friends organised a party, it was very nice !
This trip was very very good, we
have been able to visit many places that we were not used to see,
I will never forget this trip ! New York is a very pretty city
and pleasant to visit.
